Junior Web Developer

The Person

You get excited about unobtrusive JavaScript, graceful degradation and new releases of Firebug. You have an online portfolio of sites. You work fast and you're adaptable. You know a lot and you want to learn more about pushing the front-end of the web. You don't need Dreamweaver.

You will be motivated by delivering excellent web sites and online applications, and derive personal satisfaction from furthering the aims of our high-profile charity and public sector clients.

The Role

You will work with project managers and the design team to agree the best approach to each job. You'll work from Photoshop mockups, or maybe from something scrawled on a piece of paper. Hopefully you'll have a good design sense, and you'll be able to extrapolate from limited material. You'll implement your CSS in templates for our Content Management System and in bespoke applications built in Ruby on Rails, Django/Python, Java, PHP and more.
